About My Practice
Chloe has always been fascinated by the mind-body connection. After being diagnosed with anxiety and depression and spending years feeling disconnected from her body, she knew it was time for change. Yoga helped her reconnect with herself and others, and she promised to share this tool with anyone interested. While yoga won't eliminate suffering, it can break patterns and rewire the brain for positive change. Through breathwork and meditation, it helps address impulsive behaviors tied to trauma and stress. If others are ready to explore these tools, Chloe is here to guide them.
